Delivery Policy

All delivery times are in business days and hours. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Results can be delayed if the user submits incomplete information with their order.

Rush orders provide delivery of search results within 2-12 hours.

Please note that the following delivery times are approximate, based on experience and can change if your specific search is more difficult to research, deduce, or compile.

2-4 hours *Social Security Traces and Georgia Backgrounds.

2-4 hours *Credit Reports

1-6 days *State Criminal, depending on the state.

2-4 hours *Motor Vehicle Reports

2-10days *All education verifications. Each College/University has it’s own processing time and therefore some education verifications may take longer depending on the institution.

2-10 days *Employment and Personal reference checks. 

1-2 hours * Address Histories

2-4 hours *Federal and Civil court searches
